Hey and Assalamualaikum:)
SAY HELLO TO HOLIDAYS!
HOYEAAAAAAH! *dancing&shuffling*
OK. I'M OVERREACTING.
I skipped school last Thursday. Awesome? No! I missed Addmaths. Dayyum. Luckily it's only Simultaneous Equations :\ Anyway, last Thursday and Friday, I went to my first Prefect Camp :)
Kem Kepimpinan Pengawas. It was held in order to strengthen our leadership, I guess? Plus, to make us more confident when give out opinions or willingly volunteer to answer a question or sth, which increase our ability to communicates with people. Well, we are 'young leaders' :)
Now, this camp really is exciting and benifitial. Frankly speaking, I have this frights when it comes to volunteer to do something. I have fright to communicate in front of audience & not to mention stage fright. This camp literally focuses on our leadership and there'll be another camp for communication. I had learnt a lot of things throughout the camp \I learnt how a leader should act. You should 'Consider All Factors' and 'First Important Priority' :) I'm to lazy to explain & I hope you can understand it by yourself :p/ and I thank the caunselors :-) & the bond among TePCES' prefects had become stronger and I already felt like I was in a family. Thank you all, I had fun :)
For the next camp, I'm hoping that I could get rid of my frights because I wanna be more confident. Well, I hope so. Honestly, I feel more confident when I speak in English instead of Malay. I really don't know why but its naturally like that. I'm hoping I could speak Malay confidently also after the second camp :) 'Never say never' right? :) Imma stick to the words. Keep on practising & always 'try an error'. Easier said than done, I know. I'm not sure if I can do it but let's just hope I will. InsyaAllah :)
People of the cyberworld,
Happy Holidays to all school's students in Malaysia!
Have fun! &lucky you if you're going abroad! Say Alhamdulillah :) Really, have fun guys! Let the stress out! However, don't forget to revise a bit and don't put yourself in the comfortable zone. Remember to always study :) *notetoself*
What crossed my mind.
Behold the most randomness post ever. Lol, jk.
I disagree the new rules of the country. Totally disagree. But yeah, who am I to complain about it, eh? I'm just a regular high school students. Sigh.
Owning a Driving License at 19.
I totally disagree this. Totally. Now, I know they're trying to reduce the accidents occur among new owner of DL but don't you think it would be a bit difficult for us because we have to wait for a SEM break to test drive. Seriously? Now, believe it or not, by activating this new rules, more teenagers will drive without a driving licence & when there's a roadblock, yes, $$$$ goes to you. That's what I think.
Why don't you increase the age of someone to own a licence for riding motorcycle in order to reduce this 'mat rempit' and stuff? DAMN DAMN DAMN. I AM FREAKING FRUSTRATED BECAUSE I WILL OWN A DL VERY F'N LATE. Patience *deep breath*
Mathematics and Science in Malay.
PPSMI generation is already over. I'm glad I'm one of them because I know when I further my study wether outside or inside of the country, it would be in ENGLISH. This new changes will make the new generation much more difficult to continues their studies outside of the country. They will have to take English course and stuff just like my mom and dad did. Yes, they made it and succeed. But don't you think this will burden the students? Why don't you make DWIBAHASA? Hm. Malays for rural areas and English for the schools in town. Now, you want your students to succeed outside of the country yet you're forbidding the fast track. I know you want to make Malay as the lingua franca but at this time is there any Universities, where it uses Malay for Mathematics and Science subjests? If no, I hope you will build it as soon as possible :)
This had already burden Form4 students, whom learnt Maths&Sc in English since Standard 1;7 years old, because they had to learn the subjects in Malay. I am so so glad and grateful to Allah swt because SMK Chukai still uses English in the Science and Maths subjects :)
Enough of that. This only my thoughts.
I shall go now.
Until then, Assalamualaikum :)
Tak jawab dosa, kalau jawab dapat pahala :)
Lots of love, Syafiqah Ismail. Xoxo.
